"How can exercise improve your mental health and overall well-being?"

A little progress each day adds up to big results. Results happen over time, not over night. Stay consistent and be patient. Exercise is a blessing. Be grateful for being able to exercise. Today love yourself enough to exercise for longevity. If you can make time to watch TV, surf the world wide web or scroll various social media platforms. You can make time to exercise. Only you can change your life. No one can do it for you. It might not be easy but you are worth it. If you feel like quitting, remember why you started. Strength and growth only comes through continuous effort. Respect your body, treat it like the holy temple that it is. It is the only one you have. You have the power and strength to change. Strive for progress, not perfection. Focus on the Non Scale Victories (NSV), Clothes fit better, Blood Pressure is reduced. You gain more energy, sleep improves, endless NSV is good for both your mind, body and soul. Your future is governed by your past. You have the power to move forward into your future.

Exercise is a celebration of what you can do. It's not a punishment for what food you ate. Believe in yourself, small steps are still a progress. When you wake up, the clock re-sets, the past is over, today is your future, hence create, re-set, re-adjust, re-focus, re-design, re-create, reflect, re-imagine as many time as you need to. '' Lead by the heart you will never lose your way''. Health is not about the weight you lose, but about the life you gain.
